Join our Women’s Self-Defence Course and learn practical, easy-to-use techniques that will give you confidence in any situation.
Our brand-new 6 week course will:

✅ Learn effective self-defence skills

This is more than just a class — it’s a community of strong women supporting each other. 💕
The first introductory session is completely FREE and will give you an introduction to the course and go over what you will learn over the following 6 weeks of classes.
After the first FREE introductory session, if you decide to continue and join the 6 week course the fee is £79.00 for the 2 sessions per week.
On-going sessions will run on:
Monday 6.15pm – 7.00pm and Wednesdays 6.15pm – 7.00pm
