Join us for a full day of relaxation and rejuvenation to celebrate Women's Health Month! Our wellness practitioner team is coming together to offer each of their unique gifts to share a variety of ways to create a healthy and spiritual life. This day retreat will be an intimate gathering of 16 participants coming together in community to prioritize well-being, healing, and tuning into your emotions and feminine energy.
Angelic Roots owner & Reiki Master Teacher, Laurie, will be joined by our wellness practitioner team to facilitate a beautiful day focused on you! We’ll open the day with a women’s circle that incorporates Reiki, meditation, and breathwork. Throughout the day you’ll experience different activities and discussions centered on your health and wellness. To conclude our transformative day, we’ll close with a gong bath and sound meditation.
Christina from Calm Peaceful Life will lead you through active breathing patterns and breathwork exercises to energize you, open your heart, and connect you to your body and your intuition.
Molly from Swan in the Lotus Yoga & Wellness will lead a wellness discussion about women's health and well-being with a specific focus on pelvic floor health along with guiding a mini embodied yoga practice to find balance and courage to live a sacred life.
Antje from Circle 7 Coaching will guide you through the moon energy, how it affects your body, the 12 signs, lunar rituals, intention setting, and tools you can use to tap into this energy.
Mary from Botanic Flora Apothecary will take you through an interactive, hands-on workshop to intuitively create your own floating flower mandala. You will learn the meaning of your color selections, how flowers help balance the energy around you, and Chakra color concepts.
Stephanie of Restore with Steph will share her expertise as a seasoned psychotherapist and workplace coach to dive into your emotions. She’ll share tips for emotional regulation empowering you to gain a deeper understanding of your feelings and how to navigate them more effectively. She’ll open the discussion for your questions and challenges you’re facing.

Gathering is limited to 16 participants. Please wear something comfortable and bring a mat, blanket, pillow and whatever you need to be completely comfortable. You’ll receive a grab bag with crystals, essential oils, and bath salt samples as part of your special day! Catered lunch will be provided. If you have any dietary restrictions, please plan accordingly.
