Women's Self-Care Circle is an 8-week series of workshops that will explore topics on how to care for your WHOLE self: Mind+Body+Soul. The series will be facilitated by Jocelyn Lovick and Maria Ahlgren of Taurus Moon, a nonprofit located in North Minneapolis, and hosted at The Dream Shop.
Women and adolescent girls will come together to heal, learn from, and empower one another while exploring a variety of holistic health and wellness topics including:
- creating routines and practices that support your mind+body+soul
- exploring and improving your relationship with food and exercise
- developing meditation and mindfulness practices
- healing through stories and sisterhood
- learning strategies to move through trauma
