Safe Haven is a safe place for women to breathe, connect, heal, and grow together. Whether you’re navigating life’s challenges, seeking community, or simply needing encouragement, you are welcome here. This recurring gathering is designed to provide emotional support, spiritual nourishment, and real conversations surrounded by love, understanding, and sisterhood.

Each session includes guided discussion, practical tools for mental and emotional wellness, community interaction, prayer/support (optional), and intentional reflection time. You’ll leave feeling seen, strengthened, and supported.
