A Women’s Sacred Journalz Event is a time for us to gather in a creative, sacred circle where women come together in sisterhood to connect, heal, express, remember, and reclaim.
We will open with sharing our names and an intention or mantra for the Sacred Journalz that we will be creating.
I will start with sharing a brief astrological update and a guided meditation to ground you down into your body and become present in the moment with one another. Then the sacred junk journaling with one another will begin..
Through junk journaling and scrap booking, we layer memories, emotions, affirmations, and ancestral threads into handcrafted books that honor who we are — and who we are becoming.
This is not just about paper and glue — it's a ritual of remembrance, release, and rebirth.
This isn’t just crafting — this is ceremony.
We’ll gather to sip tea, snack, slow down, and create sacred journalz infused with story, intuition, ritual and self-expression.
No experience needed. Just bring your open heart, your creativity and your inner magic.
We will close out by coming back to our intentions and bringing our hands into prayer pose to close.
