Honor your inner Goddess by celebrating feminine energy and the power of female relationships during our Women's Sacred Circle at The Healing Cottage. During the circle, we will incorporate gentle movement, Yoga Nidra (a guided meditation that takes us to a conscious sleep state. The body relaxes as if you are sleeping and the mind stays gently aware + awake), journaling, time spent chatting with each other and building community through a shared experience.Please wear cozy clothing, bring a yoga/exercise mat, paper/pen and anything else that will optimize comfort and relaxation. Our Women's Sacred Circles are offered on a quarterly basis.
Space is limited; pre-registration is required.
