I’ve had countless clients and prospects come to me frustrated by running injuries, simply from never learning how to run properly. Running should feel natural, but if you’ve never trained and just start running one day, it can be tough to manage on your own — especially without understanding mechanics, technique, and progressive overload.
That’s where I come in! This isn’t just a run club — it’s coaching, guidance, and learning how to make running feel easy.
Each week you’ll get:
✨ Warm-ups, pacing guidance, and running technique tips
✨ Mixed-method training (strength, mobility, conditioning)
✨ Beginner to intermediate progression in a supportive, women-only environment
