Soul Spa: A Women's Retreat
Join us for a day of renewal on Saturday, February 7, 2026, 9am - 4pm, as we gather to brighten the winter season and deepen our connections with one another.
Experience the inspiring and beautiful words of Birmingham's Poet Laureate Salaam Green. Engage in gentle movement designed for all bodies led by Kate Tremblay of Deeper Presence Together. Also explore your creativity through hands-on activities, music, and so much more. This is your invitation to pause, connect, and replenish your spirit in community.
This retreat has been generously gifted by anonymous donors to the Women of UUCB community. Please keep your RSVP current so we can maintain an accurate headcount for food and supplies. Space is limited.
