Our full day program includes:
Yoga and Meditation - our ashram offers a deep well of practices in the Shambhavananda tradition that will leave you feeling rested and nourished. Learn simple practices you can take into your life.
Drum Circle - a joy filled, hands on, playful time. Bring your favorite drum if you've got one or we've got plenty of drums and percussion instruments you can use.
Candle and Massage Oil Making - go home with personalized candle and massage oil.
Self Massage Class - learn easy, relaxing techniques you can use at home.
Sound Bath - we'll end our day with gentle yoga to settle the body and quiet the mind before we move into a calming, multi-instrument, full-body sound experience.
Vegetarian lunch by Flower Child, Boulder is included.
