Join us for a transformative retreat designed specifically for women and those who identify as women, offering a safe and supportive space to pause, restore, and reconnect. This trauma informed retreat blends education, practice and restoration.
Together we will:
- Explore how trauma impacts the brain and body with a focus on women’s health.
- Learn practical regulation strategies to support balance and healing.
- Engage in daily yoga and mindfulness practices to restore calm and connection.
- Build resilience through community, insight, intentional self-care and fun!
