In this circle, we’ll explore how reconnecting with our physical body is essential for healing—especially when it comes to processing stuck emotional imprints. When emotions (energy in motion) go unacknowledged, that energy can become lodged within us, showing up as tension, chronic discomfort, looping thought patterns, or the sense of being stuck and unable to expand.

So often, we can’t acknowledge our emotions simply because we can’t FEEL them. We’ve grown disconnected from the wisdom of our bodies, forgetting how to listen.

But when we remember how to feel

we remember how to live .

✨Together, we’ll practice returning to the body with gentleness and curiosity.

✨Together, we’ll learn to feel again—with open hearts.

✨Together, we’ll honor our bodies as Temples, as holy ground for healing and expansion. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

WHAT TO KNOW:

It is suggested that you wear something comfortable enough to move freely in.

Floor cushions for seating are provided as well as folding chairs if you do not prefer the ground.

This is a shoe free zone. A space is provided inside near the entrance to place shoes

• A meaningful object/item to add to a collective alter
