As women, we've been taught to silence our anger.To smile, be pleasant, agreeable.

But beneath that anger lies something deeper—truth, grief, boundary, desire.

 Anger isn't the problem. It’s the CATALYST. It shows us what matters. What’s been violated. What must change.

In this month’s circle we

💥 Name what we’re angry about

💥 Can be witnessed in our truth, without judgment or shame

💥 Begin to honor anger as a sacred, feminine force—not something to fear or fix

This is not about staying stuck in blame.It’s about reclaiming our right to feel.To be fully alive.To let our anger lead us—not into destruction, but into clarity, power & transformation..

It is suggested that you wear something comfortable enough to move freely in.

Floor cushions for seating are provided as well as folding chairs if you do not prefer the ground.

This is a shoe free zone. A space is provided inside near the entrance to place shoes
