Women's Off piste coaching: Intro to the Masts

The Masts Trail rides are for those wanting to have a go at the Masts or (been and need to build confidence), Tech Trails, Enduro or Downhill for the first time. Ebike is recommended. We will met at Bethel Chapel so you can nip to the toilet and grab food if needed.Course prerequisite:
*Attended the Intro to Natural Trails (off piste) Course.
or
*Already riding Trail Centre Red routes comfortably and started to ride Blacks. (If riding BPW then riding Reds comfortably).
3 hours with one of the UK's most experienced Skills coaches.
A quick warm up and skills 'check' by riding the easiest sections on the Masts, then onto suitable progressive sections looking at key features and building flow and confidence on Trails.
Lots of feedback and practice, this is how you are going to develop the skills progressively and understand them.
Live video coaching (with an iPad) so you can see what you are actually doing.
Post course info: Reminder of skills and tips, links to the course footage (pictures and videos).
We keeps the Ratio small on these courses 1 to 4.
Course is £65 per person.
