Doors Open at 5:30 PM
Arrive early to grab a cup of hot tea or snack from Red Horn and head to the Barrel Room to get settled.
Ceremony Begins: 6:00 PM
Event Ends: 8:30 PM

- A heart-opening ceremonial cacao experience

- A peaceful sound bath to soothe your spirit and help integrate your intentions

- Comfortable, lightweight clothing for yoga
- Pillow, bolster, or extra blankets to stay comfortable during the sound bath
