Women's Meditation Workshop - Early Starter

Offering a well-deserved pause - a space to rest, relax, and gently rebalance. Participants will be guided into a calm, supportive environment where they can step out of doing and into being, while also learning simple, mindful techniques they can take back into everyday life. This is an invitation to honour yourself, reflect, and reconnect.

We want you to feel snug and safe: feel free to bring along blankets and cushions and a mat for lying on.
