Womens listening circle

A warm and safe gathering for women to pause, reflect and connect. Through guided conversations, journaling, simple art activities and coffee, participants will have the opportunity to express themselves, listen to others and gain fresh perspectives in a supportive environment. This is a facilitated wellness experience focused on self reflection, emotional wellbeing and meaningful connection.
