At this month's Salon, we’ll explore the money conversations we aren’t having and need to have, the ways our beliefs about our worth shape the choices we make, and what it takes to believe we are Worth More.

This gathering is an invitation to move beyond simply earning, spending, and managing money to exploring the deeper beliefs and questions that shape our relationship with money and enable us to claim our worth: What do I believe I am worth? How is that belief showing up in my life and leadership?

Our relationship with money is never only about money. It is connected to our identities, cultures, family systems, dreams, systemic and individual limitations, and sense of worth and belonging. As women professionals navigating leadership roles, we may be skilled at negotiating for others, managing organizational budgets, and making strategic financial business decisions, while still avoiding personal introspection and growth around our personal relationship with money.

We make decisions about our resources every day—what we ask for, accept, give away, and invest in, and what we believe is possible for ourselves. We’ll discuss how we’re claiming our worth and resourcing ourselves so that we’re working from a place of strength and capacity. Together, we’ll explore how to develop a more honest, empowered, and values-aligned relationship with money so that we can make more intentional financial decisions and live and lead from a place of greater abundance, self-trust, and freedom.

What We’ll Do Together

In our Women’s Leadership Salon, we’ll co-create a space for deep connection, reflection, peer learning, and personal and professional growth.

• Your story about a challenge you're navigating and responses to our prompt.
• Curiosity about how others navigate similar challenges and resource themselves.

• Your openness to reflect, actively listen, share, and support

Your Hosts

Marie Deveaux, Founder of High Tides Consulting, LLC, and Katherine Turner, Founder and President of Global Citizen Consulting, LLC, are passionate about creating identity and values-affirming spaces where women leaders can explore what shapes them, connect across differences, and elevate their and other women’s leadership practices.
