Hosted at Peoria Athletic Club Morton location. All ages welcome. Join us for an introduction to Judo seminar just for women. Bring a gi if you have one but not necessary. Led by Natalie Habsburg. Black belt and Coach for WCI Judo.

What is Judo?
Judo is an Olympic Combat sport similar to wrestling and Jiujitsu. There is no striking in Judo, only throws, pins and submissions. Even though it is not as well known in the USA, Judo is one of the most popular sports worldwide.
What to expect?
At this seminar we'll be going over the basics. Learning how to take falls safely and how to throw another person. Whether you've done combat sports before or are brand new to grappling, you are welcome.
