Intuitive Dance: Gather & Flow
Join Soul Star Luna for an evening of music, movement, meditation, and women's circle.
We'll begin by settling in together before moving through a gentle warm-up and into a self-led intuitive dance experience. There are no steps to learn, no choreography to follow, and no expectation to move a certain way. Just space to listen, explore, and respond to the music in your own way.
Inspired by globally influenced rhythms, earthy beats, and expansive sound, this gathering offers an opportunity to reconnect with yourself while moving, exploring, and sharing the experience alongside other women.
We'll close the evening with a guided meditation and women's circle, creating space for reflection, connection, and community.
Whether you're craving movement, meaningful connection, or simply a different way to spend your Saturday evening, you're welcome here.
