We teach the fundamentals of jiu-jitsu, which are applicable for self-defense and practical for every body type.About this Event
We are a nonprofit providing affordable self-defense and jiu-jitsu.
This summer we are soft launching our new beginner-friendly program centering the experience of women in jiu-jitsu. We don't police gender and neither should you.
What to bring
- Clothing you can move in
- A gi (uniform) if you have one, or borrow from us
- Flip flops
- Water bottle
- Optional donation
About our space
- Mat space with class capacity for about 25 people
- Gender-neutral restroom and changing room
- Park on either side of Emancipation or along Grey
