Women's Intro to Jiu-Jitsu

We are a nonprofit providing affordable self-defense and jiu-jitsu.
We are soft launching our new beginner-friendly program centering the experience of women in jiu-jitsu.

What to bring

• Clothing you can move in
• A gi (uniform) if you have one, or borrow from us
• Flip flops
• Water bottle
• Optional donation

About our space

• Mat space with class capacity for about 25 people
• Gender-neutral restroom and changing room
• Park on either side of Emancipation or along Grey
