We are a nonprofit providing affordable self-defense and jiu-jitsu.
We are soft launching our new beginner-friendly program centering the experience of women in jiu-jitsu.
What to bring
- Clothing you can move in
- A gi (uniform) if you have one, or borrow from us
- Flip flops
- Water bottle
About our space
- Mat space with class capacity for about 25 people
- Gender-neutral restroom and changing room
- Park on either side of Emancipation or along Grey
