Women's International Month Self-Defense Class

Come join us for a very special women's self-defense class that is open to the community! This class will provide women with the necessary skills and techniques to protect themselves in a variety of situations.

The class will be taught by an experienced instructor, Coach Tisha, who is known for creating a safe and supportive environment for all participants. We believe every woman should be able to defend herself if the need arises, and this class will give you the confidence and skills necessary to do just that.
