A welcoming space for women, trans and Queer folk to connect, reflect, share experiences and feel heard and seen. Come as you are, whether you’d like to share your thoughts or simply listen and connect.

What role does nature play in your life?
WHAT TO EXPECT
We’ll follow a relaxed structure:
1. Journal prompts – Take some time to reflect on your personal connection with nature.
2. Guest speaker – Explore the fascinating world of insects with our guest speaker, who will share her passion and knowledge of these tiny creatures.
3. Group reflections – Share thoughts, experiences and explore the parallels between nature and our own lives.
4. Open sharing – An opportunity for everyone to speak, listen and connect.
There’s absolutely no pressure to speak. You’re welcome to simply listen and enjoy being part of the group.
