Women's Herbal Circle

Ready to dive into the world of herbs and healing? Our Women's Herbal Circle is a cozy, in-person gathering that meets one Sunday a month. We visit the different stages of women-hood each month. This month is the living years, addressing menstrual and fertility supporting herbs. We will learn individual herbs, their therapeutic properties and combinations as well as corresponding acupressure points for health. We will conclude with hands-on creation of an herbal remedy each class. A safe space to share stories, swap herbal wisdom, and connect over nature’s amazing gifts. Whether you're a newbie or a seasoned herb lover, come hang out, learn, and heal with Carmen Ramirez a licensed acupuncturist, birth doula, mother and herbalist.
