Women's Heart Health
About this Event
Heart disease is the leading cause of death among women, yet many risk factors can be prevented or managed. Learn about women's unique heart health risks, recognize warning signs, and discover practical strategies to support a healthy heart though nutrition, physical activity, stress management, sleep, and regular health screening. This session is designed for women who want to take an active role in their heart health.
Join us for a morning of learning and discussion, delivered by two Primary Care Registered Nurses and Clinical Practice Leads for AHS Primary Care Network. This workshop is open to women and gender-diverse adults (18+). Snacks and refreshments will be provided.
