From a woman's first menstrual cycle to her last, society has fallen short in teaching us--with positivity--the beautiful and unique power of the menstrual cycle. This educational class is perfect for premenstrual girls to get started with the right mindset and for women of all ages to challenge old teachings and beliefs about this important cyclical event. Self-care tools & herbal remedies are presented. Class will end with a special feminine-honoring tea ceremony. Cost is $25 per person. Register at Shine417.com.
