Did you know that women who exercise have 10-20% lower risk of breast cancer than women who are inactive?
As health and fitness professionals we are passionate about making regular exercise fun, effective, and sustainable for all women in our local community of Carramar, Tapping, Ashby and Banksia Grove.
You are invited to come along to learn more about how to get fit, stay healthy, and manage your stress with experienced personal trainer Kat Muir and yoga therapist and cancer researcher Dr Chandrika Gibson. Enjoy a strength session and guided yoga experience suitable for beginners and all levels of fitness.
All profits go to Breast Cancer Care WA as part of their Purple Bra Day annual community fundraising campaign.
