Clinical Social Worker, Raquel facilitates spaces for individuals navigating burnout, trauma, leadership stress, and periods of transition.

With a trauma-informed and systems-based perspective, Raquel partners with individuals and organizations to address the underlying factors that contribute to stagnation, disengagement, and overwhelm. Her work integrates clinical insight with practical strategy, helping clients gain clarity, strengthen decision-making, and move forward with purpose and sustainability.
