No prior experience is necessary. Just bring your heart, your body, and your truth.
What to Bring
To help you feel fully present and supported in this sacred space, please bring:
A journal + pen – for reflections, rituals, and any insights that arise
Water bottle – hydration is part of your feminine flow
A small item for the altar – something meaningful (stone, flower, photo, symbol of your truth or fire) to charge with intention and take home if you'd like
Optional: A cushion or blanket – to sit or rest comfortably if the space allows

Dress in what makes you feel grounded, free, or radiant—there’s no dress code, only authenticity. Red, earthy, or fire-toned colors are welcome if you feel called.
