Most of us have been taught that bravery looks confident, certain, and effortless.
Real courage rarely looks like that.
It looks like speaking up when your voice shakes. Taking a first step when you don't know the outcome. Setting a boundary. Beginning again. Staying open when it would be easier to retreat.
Most of us are braver than we know. We just haven't had a space to stop and recognize it.
This circle is that space.
Whether you're navigating a life transition, making a difficult decision, stepping into something new, or simply learning to trust yourself more deeply, you are welcome here.
In This Circle, We Will:
• Explore what courage looks and feels like in our lives
• Reflect on moments when we've already been brave—even when we didn't recognize it at the time
• Identify where life may be calling us to take a courageous next step
• Support one another in staying open rather than retreating into the familiar
• Participate in a meaningful ritual that honors the courage it took to get here and strengthens what comes next
No Experience Necessary
You do not need previous experience with women's circles.
You do not need to have everything figured out.
You do not need to be fearless.
You simply need a willingness to show up honestly and explore what brave looks like for you.
What to Expect
Every Women's Flourishing Circle begins with gentle movement, stretching, breathwork, and simple somatic practices to help you arrive fully in the present moment.
From there, the circle opens with intention. Women share honestly, listen deeply, and connect in a way that is increasingly rare in everyday life.
You will never be required to share more than you wish to share. The space is thoughtfully structured and grounded in over twenty years of professional facilitation experience.

Duration: 2 Hours
What to Wear: Comfortable clothing for gentle movement
What to Bring: A journal if you enjoy writing and reflection
Camera Use: We encourage cameras on to foster connection and community, though they are not required.

"This Is What Brave Looks Like" is the first gathering in Visible and Whole—a six-circle summer journey through courage, stillness, rising, transformation, tending, and becoming.
