The 2025 WFDW theme, "The Threshold," embodies anticipation and potential. It represents the liminal space of new beginnings, where change takes root. A point of arrival and departure, it balances stasis and transformation. We embrace this powerful theme, recognizing the beauty born from disruption – the calm after the storm, the fertile ground of a creative "crash." Like design, life is a series of thresholds. Recognizing these pivotal moments fosters resilience and the drive to push boundaries, embrace the unknown, and create our desired future.
