The path to empowerment starts with compassion! That's right, self-compassion!

Are you ready to step into the woman you were born to be?!?!

Women are givers, and some women give so much that they have nothing left for themselves. Is this you? Are you one of these women who find themselves left with guilt, regret, and maybe even shame because things didn't turn out the way you wanted it to?

If you said yes, please know it is not your fault. The reality is, you can't pour from an empty cup. You aren't alone. I understand. I used to be you.

Day of Details:

• Workbooks and pens for the Start With Compassion® program will be provided.
• Light snacks will be available, but please consider bringing your own lunch (a refrigerator is available for use).
• Short breaks will be taken throughout to breathe, connect, stretch and process.

About Amy

Amy Quesenberry is on a mission to help make our world a more compassionate place! She is the creator of the Start with Compassion® framework, best-selling author, a Motivational Speaker, co-host of the Infuse Compassion Podcast, co-creator of the Infuse Compassion into Companies Conference (ICIC), Director of Training and Organizational Development for an engineering, planning, and design firm, and an Organizational Development Coach. She also has her master’s in organizational leadership, with a focus on Strategic Innovation and Change Management.

After 20 years in corporate HR, Amy felt lost, broken, angry, and depressed because she gave to everyone around her, but neglected to prioritize or advocate for herself. She took 3 months off and, during that time, created her transformative Start with Compassion® framework, which helped her transform her life by learning to start with compassion®. Amy realized that the path to empowerment begins with self-compassion, something she had to learn to show herself.

Amy’s framework helps transform how we show up individually and collectively through compassionate actions, inspiring and fostering self-reflection, connections, and overall well-being—foundational ways of being we all need to thrive!

Amy is known for her raw authenticity, passion, and ability to transform lives. She’s been a leader in the STEM field for over 20 years. She has shared her framework at platforms like the Infuse Compassion into Companies Conference, Small Business Expo, Womentech Network Global Conference, company leadership workshops and podcasts.

Amy is in the final phase of writing her first book, which spotlights and breaks down her Start with Compassion® framework. The book is scheduled for release in 2026! She balances her life with cooking, reading, writing, running, riding on her Peloton bike, and spending time with her family and friends. Amy lives in San Diego, California, with her husband and two dogs.
