Join us for the 6th semi-annual Women’s Empowerment Kayaking Retreat to Masonboro Island. This beloved experience is your chance to step away from the busyness of life and reconnect with yourself, nature, and an incredible group of like-minded women. Paddle to the serene shores of Masonboro Island on a guided kayaking tour led by KayLynn Hernandez, owner of Wilmington Outdoor Adventures. Once there, personal growth coach Jen Carter will guide you through meaningful empowerment sessions designed to nurture confidence, connection, and self-discovery.
Together, Jen and Kay Lynn will create a supportive space for laughter, reflection, meaningful conversations, trust-building, and pure relaxation. Set against the stunning backdrop of a pristine barrier island, this retreat is designed to return you to the best parts of yourself.
Friday, May 2nd:
6:30-8:30pm at Elevate Coworking in Wilmington for kayak prep and group empowerment coaching
Saturday, May 3rd:
10:30am-4:00pm for guided kayaking, relaxation, community, and confidence building on Masonboro Island
*This is not an overnight retreat
No kayaking experience necessary, with all equipment and lunch provided. This is a small group retreat with registration limited to 10 women.
