How do we cultivate happiness when time feels limited, control over others is out of reach, and discontent arises more often than we’d like?It starts with a simple yet powerful question: What do we believe about happiness?
• Do we believe we deserve to be happy?
• Where does happiness truly come from—within us or from external circumstances?
• Is our joy dependent on everything going smoothly or on achieving perfection?
These are the kinds of deep, meaningful conversations we explore in our Women’s Empowerment Group—a space where we look for what it takes to experience lasting happiness.
Together, we explore:
• How embracing all aspects of ourselves (the good, the messy, and the complicated) builds true self-worth and confidence.
• How allowing ourselves to fully feel our heartbreak…..succeeds in breaking open our hearts to deeper love and appreciation for ourselves and others.
• How the power to love ourselves back to happiness has always been within us.
The beauty of taking this journey with others? You’re not alone. In a circle of supportive women, we share, listen, and grow—finding comfort, strength and healing in our connection with each other…….and in our shared wisdom.

DIANE TRIEB is a writer and teacher of Practical Spirituality, holding master’s degrees in counseling and divinity. With over 40 years of experience in individual and group therapy, she helps others embrace life fully—learning to coexist in an emotional human body while honoring their divine nature.
Through personal growth and deep reflection, she has found joy in life’s challenges and blessings, guided by the wisdom of family, friends, and experience. She loves reading, writing, music, dancing, animals, and the magic of children.
Diane believes now is the most powerful time to be alive—a moment to embrace both suffering and joy, innocence and power, and to live freely in the human experience.
