Your Body – Gain confidence and peace of mind with practical self-defense skills you can use in everyday situations. Alison Bosworth @strongisbeautifulsd is a former FBI analyst, black belt martial artist, and Ayurveda wellness coach. She’ll share how holistic self-defense training helps women build real-world confidence through situational awareness, communication, and recognizing internal safety system cues so women can feel empowered and confident about their personal safety.

Your Mind & Relationships – Explore how understanding personality styles can strengthen the way you connect with others—whether in your career, friendships, or family. Ash Afable @a_isforable is an entrepreneur with 20+ years of experience in communications, marketing, and sales. A lifelong student of the psychology of relationships, she’s passionate about how understanding people can transform both business and life. She will introduce fresh ways of understanding how people are wired—sharing insights to help women entrepreneurs strengthen relationships, improve communication, and create more success together.
