This Community-centered 90-minute drum experience is designed to empower women (and all those who identify with the feminine) through rhythm, connection, and learning. Each class will be a different focus, learning to play and weave rhythms together. Whether you're an experienced drummer or a total novice, this class offers an approachable and fun way to get comfortable easily creating rhythms with others.
No experience is necessary. Limited drums and shakers available for use or bring your own Djembe or Buffalo Drum.
Your facilitator is Sandra Katala, a positive force for change and empowerment, providing every person who crosses her path with more insights into their body, mind, and spirit.
