This month, our circle is dedicated to the alchemy of emotions—learning that our feelings aren’t the problem, they’re the portal.

The sacred drumbeat of your becoming.
Join Joy for a powerful evening of drumming, embodiment, and emotional resonance in our Women’s Drumming Circle—a space for women ready to come home to themselves, one beat at a time.
We’ll begin by grounding into the body and setting intention. Then we’ll drop into the first rhythm we ever knew—the heartbeat—and let that ancient pulse guide us back to center.
From there, we’ll open into free-flow drumming—a safe space to feel your emotions, express them in whatever form they arrive, and let the beat carry them through. Together, we’ll drum our monthly theme into form—a ritual of release, reclamation, and emotional alchemy.
We’ll close in reflection and sisterhood, integrating the medicine of the night.
🌿 No experience needed—just your presence and willingness to feel.
Bring a drum or rattle if you have one, or know that we always have extras for you to use. As this is also outside, make sure to bring a chair and bug spray.
