This week at Minnehaha Park we are hosting Women's Drum Center, an international music group. Family Friendly music from around the world. They share the geographic source and cultural context of the music. Audience participation, dancing and clapping along are enthusiastically encouraged! Since 1892, Music in the Parks has provided residents and families opportunities to gather and enjoy local music throughout the summer. Since its inception thousands of free concerts have taken place. Concerts are weekly and vary from classic rock, hip hop, international, funk and many more genres of music.
