This one day retreat led by Co-founder Chelsey Charbeneau and Studio Director, Jacquelyn Lewin is designed to help you reconnect with your soul, your true and highest self, and this life you are living. This unique offering will be a blend of activities that promote healing, inspiration and joy!
Reconnecting with ourselves sometimes requires unplugging from our day to day and carving out time to refill our cup. This retreat will have intentional practices with various healers and instructors that will foster massive renewal, awakening and recharging. Once these aspects are activated, we will then be in alignment to connect with the soul of the universe, the energy that runs through all things. This will give us the boost we need to reintegrate into our lives in a grounded, calm and loving manner.
Join us at the magical gardens of Magnolia Terrace, where we will have a fun filled day soaking up the grounds in various experiences. Designed to feel like a secret oasis, this retreat location blends historic charm with modern amenities, offering a sense of celebration and connection. We will have a day enjoying both indoor and outdoor spaces.
Day Retreat Activities
– We will spend time in nature to reconnect with the natural rhythms of life which will help to clarify our truest desires.
– Engage in meditation practices to quiet the mind and create space for insights and reveal hidden messages.
– Activate our creative expression in the garden of soul with a hands on activity that we will use in our salt therapy session.
– Receive a Kundalini Healing and Transmission from Kait Jenkins
– Move freely in a somatic session, encouraging your soul to guide your body to release blockages in a safe and nurturing way.
– Stimulate the central nervous system and internal healing system with a spiritual salt practice aimed at protection, purification, and breaking spiritual stagnation.
– Engage in a guided writing exercise known as a soul’s contract letter.
– Nourish your body with organic and healthy snacks, lunch and fresh kombuchas.
– Have free time to connect, explore and make meaningful connections and more!
