Women’s Creative WorkshopThursday October 10th

The purpose of this workshop is to create some much needed ‘me time’ with some creativity.
Getting lost in art in one way or another is a natural way to practice mindfulness. It helps to slow the brain right down, just focusing on the task in hand and being fully present in the moment.
I invite you to come and sit with me and create for the sake of creating. We will start with a little tea ceremony to ground ourselves into the space
Tea can be used to create daily intentions and bring a touch of magic to your life.
We will be making of a clay pot, similar to the one in the photo, that you can decorate anyway you like.
The evening will include:
Rose tea ceremony
Clay Craft
Gentle music
Friendship
Fun
Messy hands

All materials supplied.
Adults only at this stage.
Numbers will be limited to keep the group intimate.
Please note that we will be sat on the floor so this event may not be suitable for everyone.
