Woman's Creative Expressions Group
Adults often face numerous changes and challenges, and it can be difficult to express those feelings and needs effectively. But what if you could find a space to shift your mindset and view challenges as puzzles to solve? Imagine developing greater confidence, healthier ways to express your emotions, and stronger connections with others. Our group for women uses expressive arts to foster these skills and more. If you enjoy creative expression, this is the perfect group for you.
Webinar Content Overview
- 60 minutes of Expressive arts experience (sand tray, artwork, clay work, journaling, music, and more)
- Emotional Coping skill building/Ways to calm way
- Time to process the experience and a break.
- Problem-solving & confidence skill building.
- A community of women supporting each other
- Space to voice feelings & celebrate successes with other women
- Post-meeting activities: journaling, mindfulness, and meditation practice
- Expressive Art activities for each group they get to take home and keep
- Fun experience
Dates
- March 3rd through April 7th - Mondays 12:00 to 1 pm 60 minutes 6 weeks
Investment
$90 for six sessions
10% off for early registration and for paying in full until December 1st.
Refund Policy:
This is a non-refundable group. You may request to transfer funds to another TSC service or group.
Group Participation Guidelines:
This is a 6-week/6-meeting commitment. It is ok if you miss one group, but there are no refunds for missing a group meeting. Once the group is full, other women can join once the next group starts.

Parenting services are for those who wish to learn to parent from an evidence-based, nonviolent, developmentally led, positive parenting method. Parenting services include but are not limited to parent coaching, parenting educational workshops, and webinars.
Wellness offerings are services provided for self-improvement but are not considered therapy. What is unique about these wellness offerings is that although they are not therapeutic services, they are led by trained therapists. They are self-help in nature but in the form of supportive groups, wellness-themed educational webinars, and more.
Immigration Evaluations are in-depth psychological evaluations and reports used to determine whether individuals can remain lawfully in the United States.
