🌸 Women’s Dance in the Garden Studio – An Invitation to Move & Connect 🌸

You’re warmly invited to a weekly nourishing and recharging women’s intuitive dance session, held in a beautiful private garden studio in North London.

Through a live DJ journey, gentle guidance and intuitive movement, we let the rhythm carry us into connection, celebration, healing and transformation.

Each gathering is unique and responds to what is present in the moment, with elements such as sound baths, poetry, breathwork and relaxation sometimes woven into the experience.
