Introducing Our Panel Speaker: Rowan Chambers.
We are delighted to introduce Rowan Chambers, a vital voice for our 2026 Symposium panel: "Beyond the Silence: Navigating Menopause to Sustain Community Impact."
As the Founder and Director of Dorset Menopause Support CIC and the Menopause Third Sector Ambassador for NHS Dorset, Rowan brings a unique blend of high-level expertise and deep personal empathy to our stage. Her journey from a 30-year career in the equine industry to becoming a leading menopause advocate began when her own life was "turned upside down" by perimenopause.
Refusing to stay in the dark, Rowan retrained in menopause care, obtaining certifications with the International Menopause Society and Newson Health, alongside NHS-enhanced skills in counselling and suicide prevention.
Rowan’s Contribution to the Panel:
Grounding the Session in Lived Experience: She will share her authentic journey to provide a relatable voice to this life transition.
Practical, Local Advice: Rowan will guide our audience toward actionable resources and support available through local initiatives.
A Safe Space for Dialogue: Dedicated to walking alongside women, she provides the evidence-based information and emotional reassurance needed to make informed health choices.
