We are delighted to announce the first meeting of Her Perspective: Open Talks on Sex and Well-being, a monthly gathering (second Sunday of every month) designed to provide a cosy, supportive space for women to connect, share experiences, and discuss the many facets of healthy sexuality.

This event is hosted by Yulia Okhrimenko ([email protected]).

Many of us grew up in environments where topics related to sex were surrounded by stigma or silence. This group offers an opportunity to change that—to celebrate our individuality, break down taboos, and support one another on our personal journeys.

The meetings are designed to be welcoming and inclusive, with a relaxed format that encourages open participation.

First meeting details:

Topic: Emotional and physical intimacy: The connection between the two

When: Sunday, 9th February 2025, 10:00–12:00

Duration: 1.5–2 hours

Cost: Free to attend but numbers are restricted to encourage open discussion. Please register to attend but do cancel if you can't come so that places are released for others. Teas, coffees and vegan food available from the cafe.

What to expect:

• A safe, nurturing space for open discussions about sex and intimacy.

• Group discussions where all participants are welcome to share their perspectives or simply listen.

• Thoughtful and respectful exchanges that honour everyone’s personal experiences and boundaries.

This group is open to biological women only, aged 18 and over.

We are looking forward to welcoming you to this new initiative.
