This women's circle will focus on slowing down, checking in with ourselves, and sharing what's coming up in our lives with other women. We create these spaces to connect and to remember that many of us are going through the same experiences, even when we feel alone. You are free to share whatever you are comfortable with, without any pressure. Specific themes might emerge from the group that we will then reflect on. Wear comfortable clothes and bring along your journal.
