Monthly Women’s Circle — Sundays 10–12

Step into a space where your voice, your softness, your fire, and your unfolding are all welcome.

Each month, we’ll gather in circle to reconnect with ourselves and with one another—through shared reflection, guided practices and the kind of authentic expression that leaves you feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply supported.

Think of it as two hours dedicated entirely to replenishment, sisterhood, and remembering who you are beneath the noise.

Every session will be guided by a unique theme—something timely, meaningful, and intentionally chosen to help you explore different layers of your wellbeing and womanhood throughout the year.

These gatherings offer a sanctuary you can lean into… a steady place to return to as life shifts around you. A space where you’re held, heard, and reminded of your own wisdom.

Whether you’re seeking grounding, inspiration, or simply a moment to exhale, this circle offers a steady rhythm throughout the year—a place to come home to.

To hold space for this deeper level of sharing and listening, the circle is gently contained by guiding principles such as:

✨ Confidentiality — what’s shared in the circle stays within the circle.

✨ Non-judgement — every woman is met with openness and respect.

✨ No fixing or offering solutions — we listen whole-heartedly without the need to solve or offer advice; each woman’s experience is honoured as it is.

These guidelines, as well as some more decided by the group, create a space where every voice can feel safe to relax, explore and express.

This is an open circle. You can come to one, or all of the gatherings. Your circle, your choice.
