In many cultures women gather in support and solidarity of one another in times of transition and triumph. Women’s Circles are designed to bring women back together in a safe space to share and learn from one another while being guided through exercises, journal prompts and open discussions to enhance the quality of each women’s own connection with self and within her relationships.

What to bring: Journal and a pen, dress comfortably and be prepared to sit on the floor, bolsters and blocks will be provided. Arrive with an open heart and an open mind.
