Women's Circle Series - Women's Empowerment

Ladies, we hear you... we know you've been working very hard playing more than one, two, three or even four roles in your daily life. Juggling family, looking after elderly or parenting kids or maybe your furry kids; fulfilling your spouse needs as a wife, being the sister who look out for your siblings or even soul sisters; or maybe just being you.

I spent more than two decades of corporate life meeting people from all walks of life when I travelled for work. I started to understand people from diffent countries, their language, and their culture. It all comes down to 1 commonality - Women needs to support women!

I am not a femimist. In fact, my corporate life was pretty much male dominating. However, whenever I met women in my workplace, they were actually very colorful individuals. But due to work, they tend to hide their true self behind a 'Corporate' mask. Nothing wrong about that, as this may be required to accomplish certain work objectives. However, over a long period of time, these group of women tend to lost their true self after putting on the mask for too long.

Laya Studio, founded by YogaLaurine, is a Licensed Menopause Expert Champion from MEG, UK initiated the Women's Circle Series with the intention to create a safe space for women to get together to network and make new friends, or simply just join in this regular monthly community to learn about how other women tide over their challenges in life, how they manage their work-life balance, what positive habits that a women could adopt, and last but not least what tips women can use to take care of their own wellbeing and mental health.

Come join me in this mission as one of the pioneer members before we grow too big.

This is a close group event with not more than 20 women each circle. This is to allow every women to come forward and speak out. Some snacks will be served in this homely shala.
