Women's Circle: Redefining Joy

As winter begins to loosen its grip, join us for Women’s Circle: Redefining Joy—a supportive gathering to reconnect with what lights you up as we transition into spring. Through reflection, breath, movement, and community, we’ll gently awaken what’s ready to emerge. We’ll close with a deeply nourishing 30-minute sound healing led by Ananda Springsteen.

Participants will learn:

• How to listen to their body’s cues during times of change.

• How joy can be cultivated gently rather than forced.

• How movement and sound can support emotional release and nervous system regulation.

Attendees should bring a journal, water bottle, and comfortable clothes to move in.
